• Identify suitable modified duties within your organization. 
• Create appropriate RTW plans, monitor RTW plan progress, identify and mitigate RTW barriers. 
• Communicate with stakeholders to facilitate safe, expedient and durable return to work.   

• Ensuring your rate is set to the correct amount. 
• Facilitate corrections with the WCB as needed.  

• Employers have the right to participate in the appeals process. We can represent employers in this important process by  identifying appealable decisions, preparing written appeals and attending hearings with you or on your behalf.   

• Reviewing and analyzing cost reports and claim details to validate or correct claim charges and present the case for a refund or credit where applicable.  
• Ongoing review of your WCB account to ensure that charges have been applied correctly.  

•  Lengthy, unresolved claims are costly. Our experienced team can conduct a thorough review of such claims to bring about resolution, addressing barriers to return-to-work, identifying missed opportunities for intervention, and recommending practical next steps.   

• Adjudicating sick leave requests to determine entitlement
• Identifying maximum medical recovery to ensure the RTW process is implemented as soon as possible where leave was approved
• Coordinating return -to -work planning to promote employee well being and productiveness

• Assist Automobile Insurance Adjudicators in managing the rehabilitation process for clients injured in a motor vehicle accident. 
• We meet with the client, their employer, physician, and treatment providers in the areas where they live and work in order to individualize a plan to facilitate an expedient recovery and return to pre-injury function. 
• We offer a personalized and collaborative approach for the client who might otherwise feel overwhelmed or is simply unable to navigate the complexities of injury rehabilitation according to provincially legislated automobile accident regulations.

 The objective of the Medical Status Examination is to break through the barriers that are prolonging a claim, providing clarity and direction to expedite the client's recovery and help make informed, cost-effective decisions.
